5-Stars: Randy is wonderful! He makes you feel relaxed because he is so pleasant....is wonderful at patiently teaching and explaining. He is the ONLY consultant out of many I contacted, who knew how to wire my IPAD!! He helped with ALL my dilemmas! I recommend his services very highly. 5-Stars: What can I say about Randy Saxton?? – except he’s kept me sane and calmed me when I’m crying and directed me on the phone to get my computer working even when I’m out of town. I found him through Our Lady of Perpetual Help bulletin as I had just relocated to Scottsdale and my computer crashed. I tried the Geek squad and they were no help and then called Randy. He came to the house, got it up and running and working better than ever. Fortunately it’s still working except when I confuse it so I call Randy from wherever I am and he figures it out. Now he can get into the computer from his office (very handy), so for most issues, he doesn’t have to make house calls any more. I don’t know if this is a recommendation or an endorsement or just something a friend would say: “Randy is the best ever for someone like me that’s not a “techy” person and devastated when the computer doesn’t work. Thanks Randy; you give me peace of mind and you re a ‘gentlemen and a scholar’ so professional, a computer genius but still easy to relate to, with very reasonable fees and a great guy!”.
